FOR FOUNDRIES
Steel Force works with many foundries across world to supply them with the raw material they need. We choose best quality cast iron and pig iron skulls for foundries. We select raw material according to the specifications of the company – that would mean, for example, the high carbon content (up to 4%) and high silicon content (up to 3%) that’s required for grey casting. Our pig iron or cast iron skulls come with 90% more Fe content, with low slag and very low amounts of phosphorous and sulphur. This helps foundries in their quest to make the highest quality end products.
FERRO ALLOYS
We supply alternative products for Ferro Alloys like Silicon which is used in steel mills and foundries. We Supply high Carbon Silicon which saves cost of adding carbon and silicon. As traditional ferro silicon consist of only Ferrous and Silicon but our High Carbon Silicon has Carbon and Silicon so foundries and steel mills save cost on Carbon as well as our Carbon Silicon is 30% Cheaper than traditional Ferro Silicon which is very big Saving on production cost.
FUEL PRODUCTS
We supply carbon anode butts, electrode scrap, foundry coke, coke breeze and more. Our foundry coke is typically used with carbon anode butts in blast furnace casting, steel production and other sectors as fuel. Steel Force offers an unmatched perspective of our clients’ needs in this area.

SCRAP METAL EXPERTS
We offer special products for steel mills, enabling cost savings on raw material of more than 30%. But we also guarantee uniform quality and chemistry - which results in high quality of production
In addition, we supply steel skulls with high Fe content (90 to 95%) and exceedingly low sulphur and phosphorous content. Our material offers high yields, with reduced loss of material while melting compared to traditional scrap like HMS/LMS.
We supply thousands of tons of tundish scrap with the highest Fe content (95 to 97%), as high as steel billets. Our tundish boasts chemical properties that are ideal for rebar and other types of steel production. Steel mills can save up to 40% of raw material cost by using tundish scrap.
